It appears that knitters have been busy working on hats, as we have close to 200 on hand and quite a few scarves. There are many variations to the basic Watch Cap pattern. A hat that I recently received called "Classic World War II Watch Cap" has a beautiful star finish on top of the hat. If you Google, "Classic World War II Wtach Cap", you will be given a Ravelry site for the pattern....scroll down and choose the direct download...pdf option. This might be a pattern you'd like to try.
HATS ARE DUE BY MID-DECEMBER. Drop off sites: Steven B's Yarn Garage on 34th and Chicago,
Linden Hills Yarn Shop at 2720 W. 43rd St. and First Universalist Church at 3400 Dupont Ave. S
